- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

This diversifies your income and makes you less dependent on your downline for revenue. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. A second way to make attrition less important is to promote a high ticket opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Genesis Pure pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. If you earn a commission of $800 or more each time you sponsor a new rep, it's like you're earning 3-4 years of residual income checks up front, so it doesn't matter if this new person quits, because you get paid so much up front. This approach makes attrition almost irrelevant to your business!

- Don't Chase People

The majority of Genesis Pure reps are taught to make a list of friends, family and others to approach about their opportunity. Making a list is a short term tactic only.

Then networkers start approaching strangers they meet at events, at restaurants, etc. to introduce these people to their business. You're not going to make real money by running around chasing after total strangers. 99.9% of the people one meets are NOT a good fit for their Genesis Pure business.

As an alternative to calling people to introduce to Genesis Pure, attract prospective customers to you on the internet who ask you about Genesis Pure. Attracting prospects to you creates several advantages:

- Much higher conversion rates into your business. You earn more, and do less.

- It's easier to sponsor a lot of distributors, so your income can increase a lot.

- Quality of life goes way up. You deal with a lot fewer uncommitted reps. and people who aren't eager to work.

Your positioning needs to change if you're going to attract prospects to you. You should not position yourself as a business owner seeking to grow his organization. You've got to position yourself as someone who can teach network marketers how to grow their business, no matter what MLM they promote.

Teach networking marketing skills through short articles, blog posts, emails or videos. There will be followers of your content who seek you out to join your opportunity.

- Do Things A Better Way

Business owners in Genesis Pure and other opportunities are usually taught the same strategies:

- Put in writing a list of all the people you know

- Invite these people to look at some information about your Genesis Pure venture

- Collect decisions about whether they want to join
