- Solve Your Attrition Problem

On average 80%-90% of your BeachBody downline will quit within 12 months of getting started. The two standard approaches BeachBody reps are taught to boost retention create more problems than they solve.

1) Method one is to assist new BeachBody distributors to make money right away, so they get an early taste of success and want to stick around. When you attempt to help EVERY new BeachBody rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your BeachBody downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The second approach is to get your BeachBody downline members to feel part of the team, something bigger than themselves, so they want to stay part of the group. BeachBody team webinars, live training events, and getting on the phone with your new people can all foster a team experience. This strategy can foster dependency. In contrast, most network marketing comp plans such as BeachBody pay a $50-$100 sign-up bonus for each new rep you sponsor, forcing you to build a large team and build a large residual check to make a full-time income. When you earn $800+ per sign up, you effectively earn 2-3 years worth of residuals up front, regardless whether your new signup endures for 6 days or 6 years. This makes retention a non-issue.

- Capitalize On Revenue In the First 90 Days

People promoting opportunities like BeachBody dedicate much too much time to creating income that won't pay off for years to come. As a result, they end up spending much too little time generating revenue in the here and now. These networkers leave a lot of money on the table.

Long term income comes from having a large downline. And only a very small number of people build a large team.

Another source of immediate income is the commission you earn from sponsoring people into a high ticket opportunity. Network marketing opportunities such as BeachBody usually pay $50-$100 each time you sponsor a rep.

It's much more profitable to promote a high ticket opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per sign up. Market a product line that's priced higher and which pays high end commissions. Your up-front revenue will increase dramatically.

- Publish Instructional Content

Marketing a business such as BeachBody on the internet is VERY different from promoting BeachBody offline. People usually start out by approaching friends and family, people they already know. Most of these people will listen to you because you have a pre-existing relationship.

But online, people don't know you! On the internet, if you lead with your business opportunity, most people won't listen.

You've got to establish credibility and make it clear:

- You are a real and likeble person

- You can help solve people's business problems

- You possess skills, knowledge or talents you can teach

Online, people join business opportunities like BeachBody because:

- The person learns something about how to grow a business from a blog post they've read or a video they watched

- The person starts following the content producer, reading more blog posts, watching more of their videos, etc.

- They start to regard the content publisher as an authority

- The person makes a business decision to align with the content publisher and join their business

Sending emails and publishing spammy content about how awesome your network marketing company is will only annoy people. Publishing content that teaches network marketers how to grow a successful business is the only proven way to build on the Internet.

NEVER lead with your BeachBody business on the internet. You've got to use videos, blog posts and articles to teach other network marketers how to build their businesses. Position yourself as someone who can guide others to succeed.
